Ivy Tech Teaches the basic principles of ISO 9000 standards, QS 9000 standard, ISO 14000 standard. Includes instruction on internal auditing with emphasis on the role of the internal auditor in regard to the maintenance of the quality systems.

- Comprehend the significance of corrective actions reports (CAR)
- Justify the importance of follow up audits
- Determine the difference between fact and conjecture
- Understand and conduct a FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis)
